Pisco 40º Mal Paso Pedro Jimenez 700ml

MalPaso Pedro Jiménez Pisco is a Chilean grape spirit made from Pedro Jiménez grapes, highlighting the sweet, raisin and sweet fruity characteristics of this grape variety. The grapes are harvested very late and pressed very carefully and gently to produce a strong wine, which is only distilled into pisco after several months of storage on fine lees. It is then stored for 6 months in steel tanks with exclusion of air to achieve a smooth mouthfeel when drinking, but without altering the pure flavor of the Pedro Jiménez grapes.

Perfect for a tonic pisco, or for those who like their pisco sour a little more fruity and sweet (without using more sugar).
