Chilean grape pisco made from Moscatell grapes, which is stored 6 months after distillation in steel tanks with exclusion of air. The grapes come from a special plot of the winery and are subject to a strict reduction in yield and are harvested very late to achieve the greatest aromatic intensity of the grapes. Although at first glance it is quite similar to Pisco MalPaso Reservado, Icónico develops a completely different aroma and flavor profile by preventing oxidative processes during storage. The fruity and floral aromas are much more reserved and closely intertwined, while the character of the Moscatell grape is preserved and remains complex even in the aftertaste.
